I have recently downloaded Windows 10 but was unable to play Minecraft due to Driver Incompatibility (no update due to Intel chipboard problems). So, regrettably, I downloaded the free copy of Minecraft: Windows 10 Beta – Which in itself feels like an over sized version of pocket edition. I would like to be able to be able to play with my old save files from 1.8.8 but when I eventually found the correct location for the Beta Edition (Very long winded) the saves were encoded in a different format with different types of files showing per world.
Does anybody have a fix, or way to get around this – I want to get all my old work back!
Thanks.
