Looking for a Great way to speed up building time? World edit is just for you, with world edit you can do projects that would normally take days into hours and the project that takes hours into minutes.
Yes you might be thinking “what is this guy thinking?” but really after you have it for a while, its hard to go without. I will be going through some of things you can do with world edit.
Firstly if you have a 10×10 area you want turned into cobblestone flooring, all you have to do is, select your area with a wooden axe (left click one corner and right click the other side) and type the following command (assuming you have world edit installed) “//set cobble” you just want a ring around it? Just type “//walls cobble” and it will only make a ring around that area and not a solid area, and also this is mainly used for walls so select the one side as high as you want your wall and the other click the lowest! If something doesn’t work all you have to do is “//undo” or “/undo” and yes it does make a difference one slash or two so pay attention!
You can use any material id number or the name you would use with the /give command! So what are you waiting for, the best way to figure it out is try it out.
