[1.7.10] Wild Mobs Mod Download

Wild Mobs Mod adds new mobs to the game that fit the style of Vanilla Minecraft. Most of the mobs are animals from real life, but some are made up or based on folklore. The name “Wild Mobs Mod” doesn’t mean that all mobs in this mod are wild animals.

Deer

There are three variations of these fellows: deer, reindeer and elk. Different variants of deer can’t be bred with other variants. They’re quite rare (as rare as cows) and can be bred with the same thing as cows (with wheat). You can even ride these fellows! Just grab your saddle and go on an adventure, expect deer can only jump on ledges and are a little slow… There is also a little easter egg including name tags.

  • Health: 16
  • Drops: Deer and Reinder: 1-3 Venison, 0-2 Fur
  • Elk: 1-4 Venison, 0-3 Fur
  • Experience dropped: 1-3

  • (Reindeer) Extreme hills and snowy biomes
  • (Elk) Mega taigas
  • Configuration options:

Note: The variant of deer and fox depend on the biome they’re spawned in. If you want to spawn a specific variant that can’t be spawned on that biome you have to use commands. You can find the commands below.

Fox

Even though they look like wolves, they’re not as manly and panic when attacked. There are three different variations of these critters: red fox, arctic fox and desert fox. They naturally kill chickens and mice, so keep your chickens safe! They can be bred with any meat.

  • Health: 8
  • Drops: 1-2 Fur
  • Experience dropped: 1-3
  • Nature: Passive
  • Spawn time: Always

Cougar

Cougars are one of the most dangeroud creatures from the forest. They’re very unpredictable because they attack at a random time. When attacking their eyes turn red and they make scary noises. They jump very high when attacking and make plenty of damage. Fortunately they sometimes stop to scare you off before attacking again. They don’t take fall damage. If there is no attackable player, they sometimes kill deer. They can be bred with any meat, but you should give feeding job to someone you don’t care about that much.

  • Health: 12
  • Attack damage:
  • (Easy) 3
  • (Normal) 5
  • (Hard) 7
  • Drops: 1 Cougar hide
  • Experience dropped: 5

  • Configuration options:
    • They can enabled and disabled.

Zomgus

Zomguses are very similiar to zombies, but they inflict their target with poison 1 for some time (depends on difficulty) and they drop infected flesh instead of rotten flesh. If they kill a villager, the villager turns into a zomgus instead of a zombie. Zomgus villagers can be cured the same way normal zombie villagers are cured.

  • Health: 20
  • Attack damage: (Easy) 2 + Poison 1 for 5 seconds
  • (Normal) 3 + Poison 1 for 8 seconds
  • (Hard) 4 + Poison 1 for 12 seconds

  • Nature: Aggressive
  • Spawn time: At night
  • Spawn biomes: Mushroom islands
  • Configuration options:
    • They can enabled and disabled.
    • Their spawnrate be changed.

Bison

Bison aren’t your normal farm animals. When disturbed they can kill you with a few hits, so hunting them is a challenge. Unlike adult bison, baby bison are passive and panic when attacked. They are also pretty rare. They can be bred using wheat.

Wizard

He is the evil wizard that can be summoned with a magical book and a block of lapis lazuli. Why would you want to summon him? To get the magical wand, of course! But the wizard has studied magic for years and years, so he can attack back. He can cast many different spells, like a spell that deals a lot of damage, a spell that gives you a random negative potion effect and a spell that causes fire and maybe even a fiery explosion. He can even heal himself and get rid of potion effect during the battle using potions and he even uses golden apples. Don’t let your villager friends near him, because he hates all villagers that don’t use magic.

  • Health: 36
  • Attack damage: 4-10 (Varies by spell used and difficulty)
  • Drops: 1 Magic wand, Glistering melons, Magma cream, Ghast tears, Glass bottles, Golden apples
  • Experience dropped: 5
  • Nature: Aggressive
  • Spawning: Right clicking a lapis lazuli block with a magical book.
  • Configuration options:
    • They can enabled and disabled.
    • Their attack rate can be changed.

Mouse

Awww, aren’t they so cute? Don’t let their cuteness fool you. These guys love to sneak to your farm and eat all your crops! A good way to get rid of them is to have a cat in your house, because the mice are scared of cats. They’re also scared of players and villagers. Mice come in four different colors.
