[1.6.2] Hawkeye Mod Download

This mod adds a new bow and 8 different arrow types into the game

The eight new arrows are these:

• Explosive Arrows
• Fire Arrows
• Thor’s Arrow
• Spreadshot Arrows
• Ender Arrows
• Web Arrows
• Torch Arrows
• Mining Arrows

Throwing Knife:

X X = Cobblestone
S S = Stick

Their Effects:

• Explode upon contact with your target
• Set fire to your target or a 3×3 area on the ground
• Summon Thor’s Lightning from the sky upon your target
• Breaks into 5 arrows mid-shot to damage a large range of enemies
• Instantly teleports you to your target
• Slow your enemy or trips them up with cobwebs
• Places a torch your surroundings wherever you shoot it
• Mines a 3x3x3 area instantly
• Always lands a critical, no matter your situation
• Can throw for major damage, or attack like a sword for minimal

This mod is NOT multiplayer-compatible. Play cautiously with friends.

Installation:

• Run the latest launcher and download 1.6.2
• Go to %appdata%/.minecraft/versions
• Copy the directory named 1.6.2 and paste as 1.6.2 Hawkeye (or whatever you like, but everything must match) so there are now two copies.
• Inside the new directory, rename the .jar and .json files to match directory (ex: 1.6.2 Hawkeye)
  • The .jar should now look like 1.6.2 Hawkeye.jar
  • The .json should now look like 1.6.2 Hawkeye.json (DO NOT DELETE/CHANGE THE .json EXTENSION)
• Open the .json file with Notepad or your preferred text editor and change (at the beginning):
  •     “id”: “1.6.2″
  •      to
  •     “id”: “1.6.2 Hawkeye”
• Open the .jar file with WinRAR or 7zip
• Drag the contents of ModLoader to the .jar file. (Important: must do first!)
• Drag all the contents of the Hawkeye Mod to the .jar file
• Delete META-INF
• In Minecraft Launcher, select “new profile”
• Under “Use version: ” select “release 1.6.2Mod”
• Save, launch, and enjoy!
