Realistico is a texture pack (now resource pack) for Minecraft. It changes the appearance of the game.
What is bump mapping?
Bump mapping is a technique used to fake bumps and wrinkles on the surface of an object. This is achieved by using special maps used during lighting calculations. The result is an apparently bumpy surface although the surface of the underlying object is not actually changed. Read: a realistic look without lag. Realistico is the only Minecraft texture pack that uses bump mapping as professional games do.Minecraft doesn’t support fancy lightning calculations. To use bump mapping, you need the Shaders mod along with a shaderpack.
How to install Realistico (Bump Mapping) Resource Pack:
- 1. Install the Shaders mod.
- 2. Download the Continuum shader pack (Recommend the SEUS Ultra, with DOF, for a realistic look)
- 3. Download the Realistico (Bump Mapping) Resource Pack.
- 4. Load the pack in the game.
- 5. Load the shader pack.
- 6. Enjoy!
