How to install the Compacted Blocks Mod for Minecraft 1.3.1

1. Download the mod file.
2. Install ModLoader.
3. Open the “run” search bar and type “%appdata%”.
4. Open .minecraft folder and the bin folder inside it.
5. Open up your minecraft.jar.
6. Extract the downloaded mod file.
7. Move all the contents into your jar.
8. Delete META-INF.
