RadarBro Mod for Minecraft 1.4.2

Have you ever wanted to easily see what enemies are nearby? This mod gives you a radar that will show you all of the nearby mobs and items in a certain radius. It will also display chests and other entities (such as XP orbs and boats) but don’t worry, you can filter out everything you aren’t looking for. With the mod, you are given a wide variety of settings to customize it to your exact needs. This includes showing player’s names and rendering the terrain. You can add waypoints to the radar which can guide you to your home, for example. When I used the mod, I found it helped me the most while playing online with other people. The mod enabled me to list people I know as friends so they stand out on the radar from everybody else. You can also do the same for enemies but they will turn red instead of green.

The mod is easy to use. The radar itself is aesthetically pleasing and well designed, allowing the user to read the map easily and without effort. The sizing is adequate and you can move the radar to a different point on your screen if for example it is interfering with another mod. Another useful feature is the fact that you can display your current coordinates, meaning you won’t have to press F3 every time you want to see where you are. This will appear just below the radar and give your your X, Y and Z coordinates.
