[1.9.4/1.9] [128x] RealCW Texture Pack Download

Don’t confuse the RealCW resource pack with the Real CW, which is a television station in the American Midwest. With a name so similar, it would only make sense that some players would expect to see some of their favorite television characters popping up in Minecraft, but that’s not what you’re going to get here at all. Instead, you get a pack with 128x resolution which has a strong focus on maintaining the original look of Minecraft’s textures while improving them significantly with a higher bit count and a greater level of detail than you normally see in the game.

But there’s really nothing special about that, is there? Well actually, there is. There are plenty of 128x packs out there, and plenty of packs that try to stay faithful to Minecraft’s look. In doing this though, many of those faithful packs fail to stand out or do something unique and special. The RealCW resource pack features excellent mob textures, elegant looking flowers, more realistic bricks and many other sweet, little things that you’d have a difficult time finding in other packs. The best part is, these things are all combined in one pack: RealCW.

Also, the RealCW resource pack comes with a couple of different available versions. These allow you to use the pack while playing Minecraft 1.7 or 1.8, as well as all of the smaller updates for each of those two major ones. This versatility doesn’t mean that RealCW will allow players using different versions of Minecraft to play together online, but it means only good things for solo players trying to do something on their own, offline.

How to install RealCW Resource Pack?

  1. Start Minecraft.
  2. Click “Options” in the start menu.
  3. Click “resource packs” in the options menu.
  4. In the resource packs menu, click “Open resource pack folder”.
  5. Put the .zip file you downloaded in the resource pack folder.
