[1.6.4] OpenBlocks Mod Download


What is OpenBlocks? A fun mod with a lot of different and interesting toys! OpenBlocks is a new open source mod that introduces a variety of ideas into Minecraft, including hang gliders, elevators, awesome multiblock tanks, graves, paints, cranes, liquid XP, cartographers, trophies and more!

How to install OpenBlocks Mod:

  • Download and install Minecraft Forge
  • Download the mod
  • Drag and drop the downloaded jar file into the C:\Users\YOURUSERNAME\AppData\Roaming\.minecraft\mods folder. If one does not exist you can create one
  • Enjoy the mod

  1. does it need any coremod ?

    • You need to zip the file before you put it into the mods folder. Just using the .jar file will cause cause Minecraft to crash on start up.

        • UN-zip. You need to UN-zip. Meaning you need to open the file (by double clicking it), then just click and drag the stuff inside to basically anywhere else. The stuff you dragged out is the stuff you want. Just pretend the file is a folder like any other, except that you can’t use the stuff inside while its in the folder. Because, for all intensive purposes, that’s what it is.

  5. when I put the Zipped file into the mods folder and run Minecraft then go to forges mod tab theres no “Open Blocks Mod” in there, Help?

  13. I Found the issue for me and may be for you too! There is no MCVersion Annotation for the OpenModslib something like that. So author Please Please make a version Annotation!! I am not pressuring you to make one!

  17. i figured it out!!
    go into Minecraft>mods>right-click>go to new>click compressed (zipped) folder>place the mod in there
    this worked in windows 10
    i don’t know if it works on other windows or mac.
